Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic link between HR and business leadership. You will align people strategies with organizational goals for a client group up to 500 employees, driving engagement and performance across the region.

Responsibilities include partnering with leaders to diagnose people priorities, implementing HR programs, coaching managers, and providing guidance on succession planning and talent development.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience or 2 years as an HRBP.
• Experience aligning HR strategies with business objectives is essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

• Act as trusted advisor on talent management, engagement, and performance management.
