Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of related experience.
• 6+ years in a leadership role (preferred).
• PHR or SPHR or equivalent certification preferred.
• Expertise with HR concepts, practices, and employment law (state and federal).
• Analytical, ethical, and confidential handling of sensitive HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Align people strategies with business objectives and advise on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, and change leadership.
• Provide proactive HR consultation using workforce analytics, talent insights, and key business metrics to drive performance.
• Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, employee development, and accountability.
• Lead enterprise talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Develop training programs and leadership development initiatives to strengthen capability.
• Foster open communication and resolve workplace issues in a fair, business-minded manner.
• Lead initiatives and drive adoption of new processes, structures, and ways of working.
