Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in HR or L&D.
• 6+ years in a leadership role preferred.
• Expertise with state and federal employment law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Provide HR consultation on organizational design, workforce planning, and change leadership.
• Use analytics and metrics to drive data-driven HR solutions.
• Coach leaders on performance management, development, and accountability.
• Lead talent management processes including succession planning.
• Address employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness.
• Develop coaching and leadership development initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Design and deliver HR training and leadership programs.
• Create communication strategies to support initiatives.
• Lead enterprise HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.
