Wawa, Inc. is seeking a People Team Business Partner - Corporate to serve as a trusted advisor aligning human capital strategy with business goals.

You will partner with Management Committee leaders to define department people strategies, guide talent, and drive leadership development across corporate functions. You will collaborate with the People Leadership Team to design and execute organizational health initiatives, workforce plans, and culture-building activities, ensuring alignment with

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business experience in Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience; advanced training in related field a plus.
• Experience managing business/HR relationships in Agile/Matrix environments.
• Working knowledge of employment law and practical HR levers to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and assist in prioritizing and delivering engaging associate experiences.
• Architect departmental People Strategies and advise on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Collaborate to plan and monitor workforce plans aligned with corporate goals and People initiatives.
• Review organizational structures and provide strategic insights integrating culture, talent, and business needs.
• Facilitate surveys and interpret results to improve engagement and development across management levels.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Advanced training/degree in a related field a plus
