Wawa, Inc. seeks a People Team Business Partner to provide strategic HR consulting to the Management Committee and leadership teams. This role aligns human capital strategy with business goals, shaping departmental people plans and ensuring execution of initiatives.

The PTBP partners with leaders to grow talent, design org structures, and foster an engaged culture across corporate functions. A seasoned HR professional with strong coaching skills is essential.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of business experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced training a plus.
• Experience managing business/HR relationships and partnerships.
• Experience in Agile/Matrix/Innovative environments preferred.
• Demonstrated workforce planning and organization design experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and support engaging associate experience.
• Architect departmental People Strategies and consult on talent processes.
• Advise on development opportunities and create focused plans.
• Collaborate on workforce planning to meet business needs and goals.
• Review organizational structure and ensure alignment with efficiency goals.
