You will guide talent management, planning, engagement, and leadership development to strengthen organizational capability.

You will influence decisions using HR data, support change initiatives, and help the organization attract, develop, and retain top talent across corporate functions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with business leaders.
• Experience leading talent, workforce, and organizational initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with corporate function leaders to develop and execute people strategies.
• Lead talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and leadership development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, change management, and organizational design.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on talent acquisition, compensation, learning, and engagement.
• Analyze workforce data to inform decisions and drive inclusion and high performance.
