The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an HR Manager for Corporate Functions to act as a strategic HR partner to corporate leadership. You will align people strategies with business objectives, lead talent management and succession planning, and drive organizational effectiveness using HR data to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience partnering with business leaders on talent and organizational initiatives.
• Experience with talent management processes (performance, succession, leadership development, engagement).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and leverage HR data to inform decisions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with corporate function leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent management processes including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, organizational design, change management, and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs in talent acquisition, compensation, learning, and engagement.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities and support informed decision-making.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently while promoting an inclusive, high-performing environment.
