Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or related functions.
• Experience supporting large retail customers and collaborating with cross-functional commercial organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations, forecasting, revenue analysis, and annual operating plan development.
• Partner with customer account teams to develop performance insights, selling tools, scorecards, and growth strategies.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Demand Planning, Category Management, and Pricing for customer initiatives.
• Manage strategic projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution.
• Monitor KPIs, maintain reporting dashboards, and provide actionable insights to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support decision-making with accurate data and effective field-to-corporate communication.
