Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, translate business priorities into people strategies, and drive performance. You will shape talent, lead organizational change, and execute global and local initiatives with data-driven insights.

Reporting to the Senior HR Director, you will influence organizational design, leadership capability, and culture while leveraging AI-enabled HR tools to enhance decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a strategic HR business partnering role with workforce planning and organizational design experience.
• Ability to translate business priorities into people and talent actions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior business leaders, shaping people and organizational priorities.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to develop and execute culture-building and engagement initiatives.
• Lead organizational and talent strategies including workforce planning and design, leadership and talent planning, and change initiatives.
• Coach leaders and leadership teams to strengthen decision-making, accountability, and behavioral change.
• Design agile, high-performing organizations and create conditions for peak performance.
• Leverage AI-enabled HR solutions and data-driven practices to modernize HR processes and inform decisions.
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to align global people strategies with local needs and regulations.
• Build cross-functional relationships across HR and business units to connect priorities and drive execution.
• Navigate ambiguity, influence across boundaries, and manage complex people challenges.
