Responsibilities

• Partner with strategic internal clients to support business strategies.
• Design and implement HR frameworks across recruitment, performance, development, succession, compensation, benefits, onboarding, and retention.
• Provide specialist HR advice to senior managers to support policy and change initiatives.
• Develop and deliver projects within broader change management programs.
• Analyze HR data to identify root causes of engagement and performance issues.
• Investigate and manage complex employee relations matters and coordinate responses to legal cases.
• Design workforce planning analyses and resourcing scenarios aligned with priorities.
• Develop HR policies, plans, and data management solutions to support objectives.
