Job summary

iSolved HCM is seeking an HR Business Partner in the United States to lead customer HR initiatives and act as the account manager for our high-tier service. You will guide projects end-to-end with a team, address risks, and ensure compliance across states.

Responsibilities include advising executives, coordinating HR analyses, and facilitating training while supporting sales and upsell opportunities. A strong project-management mindset and people skills are required.

• Perform HR analyses and present results to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of multi-state employment law compliance.
• Schedule biannual strategic customer meetings.
• Provide HR policy guidance.
• Support help desk/escalated calls and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain templates and ensure compliance changes.
• Ensure consistency across locations.
• Pursue continuous quality improvement.
