Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking an HR Professional to support two locations in the Hollis, NH area. The role covers full-cycle HR activities including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.

You will work with site leaders to drive workforce planning and onboarding, coach managers on development, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Human Resources or Business Management.
• 5+ years related experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Solid analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday) is beneficial.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders in workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, promotions, change leadership, and organizational design and development.
• Take a hands-on approach with leaders to drive business results, improve relationships, strengthen morale, and increase productivity.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing business decisions and results.
• Analyze trends and metrics to inform programs and policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with investigations.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements related to day-to-day HR management and compliance.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers.
• Collaborate with HR team to manage projects and HR programs.
