Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The role focuses on direct sourcing, executive outreach, and building robust talent pipelines within a global semiconductor context.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, coordinating interviews and driving hiring progress while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong data integrity in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Direct sourcing & executive outreach experience.
• Experience hiring in semiconductors manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong English communication; another European language preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.

Location: Newport, UK OR remote in the UK

What you would be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experienced in direct sourcing & executive outreach
• Experience hiring for semiconductors manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media
• Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus
• Good communication skills in English and preferably another European Language
• Confident working with senior stakeholders - able to challenge, influence, and advise
