Pyrotek is seeking an HR Business Partner - Benefits & Leave to manage benefits administration and HR functions remotely from Ohio. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in HR, particularly in benefits.

This full-time role includes fulfilling HR responsibilities, ensuring compliance with laws, and developing integrated solutions that align with Pyrotek’s mission. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of HR experience with a concentration in benefits and leave administration.
• Certification in SHRM-CP/PHR or similar preferred.
• Experience with self-insured medical plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pyrotek’s benefit and leave programs for employees.
• Ensure legal compliance with relevant HR laws and regulations.
• Analyze and recommend changes to benefit policies.
