Job summary

Pyrotek is seeking an HR Business Partner - Benefits & Leave to lead USA benefits and leave administration within the Corporate Office. You will ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations while advising employees on eligibility and process changes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least five years of HR experience, preferably focused on benefits; self-insured medical plans experience is a plus. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 5+ years HR experience with focus on benefits and leave administration.
• Experience with self-insured medical plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of employee benefit and leave programs across the USA.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA).
• Prepare and distribute information to inform employees about policies and programs; assist with audits and reporting.
