You will partner with business leaders to translate priorities into people strategies and act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or similar roles.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders within the United States.
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices and regulations.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, or high-growth environments preferred.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and performance matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US business leaders to understand priorities, team dynamics, and talent needs.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and people-related decisions.
• Coach managers and leaders and act as trusted advisor.
• Use HR metrics and insights to identify opportunities and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies.
