Professional Search Group is seeking an HR Manager to serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership, guiding workforce matters and ensuring consistent HR practices in line with federal, state, and local laws. The role emphasizes integrity, onboarding, payroll, leave, benefits, and ongoing compliance, with a focus on supporting organizational objectives and a positive work environment. The HR Manager will partner with leadership to drive performance and engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
Minimum of three years of progressive HR experience.
Supervisory or HR leadership experience preferred.
HR certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
Model and exemplify company values of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Manage HR policies, procedures, programs, and practices.
Update Employee Handbook and HR documentation to reflect needs and requirements.
Guide managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, and policies.
Oversee recruitment and hiring for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary roles, including onboarding.
Lead onboarding/outboarding processes, orientation, exit interviews, and separations.
Support performance management processes and system improvements.
Assist with compensation analysis and market reviews.
Coordinate employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Administer employee benefits programs, communications, enrollment, and vendor coordination.
Process semi-monthly payroll and resolve payroll questions.
Manage leave programs including FMLA and Colorado FAMLI and other leave rules.
Handle unemployment claims and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain required reporting (EEO-1).
Maintain HRIS records, employee files, and confidentiality.
