Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources management/partner role.
• Corrections and/or Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for employee relations and compliance.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations and support collaboration.
• Identify training needs and lead onboarding processes for new hires.
• Provide input on organizational structure and assist with policy revisions.
• Implement HR programs and work with internal teams for engagement.
