Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years experience in HR or related field.
• Project management or business experience.
• Understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting the business preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of organizational development activity preferred.
• Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance.
• Learns fast and can adapt quickly.
• Raises the bar and seeks continuous improvement.
• Creates a learning environment open to suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the business, developing HR strategies and solutions.
• Lead proposals and recommendations to resolve strategically important issues.
• Prioritize projects based on business need and resources.
• Ensure delivery of HR programs and services with client satisfaction and financial results.
• Maintain relationships with HR partners across Practice Areas and Service Centers.
• Represent the HR organization to manage its reputation and services.
• Manage and leverage resources while facilitating and implementing change.
• Ensure resource planning supports business needs and leadership.
• Understand business models and factor HR decisions accordingly.
• Identify trends and drive improvements in processes with a strategic lens.
