Job summary

The role partners with senior HR and business leaders to translate cultural aspirations into practical actions and measures across geographies.

The candidate will connect culture to enterprise strategy, talent development, leadership behaviors, and performance systems, driving sustainable change and improved organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in culture transformation, organizational effectiveness, or related fields.
• Experience advising executives and leading enterprise-wide change.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve AbbVie’s enterprise culture strategy as a core enabler of meta-AbbVie and business strategy.
• Serve as executive steward of AbbVie’s culture, ensuring priorities are clear, measurable, and connected to outcomes.
• Create and execute a multi-year culture amplification roadmap across leadership, processes, systems, and employee experiences.
• Protect what is distinctive in AbbVie’s culture while evolving behaviors and ways of working for the future.
• Establish governance, decision rights, and accountability to sustain the enterprise culture agenda.
