Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Human Resources Operations Manager to lead HR policies, programs, and system administration, including AI‑driven efficiency and audits.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office weekly. You will oversee recruitment support, international visa processing, vendor management, and the Stars program, reporting to the HR Director.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of HR experience in a large, matrixed organization.
• Ten+ years in a management role.
• Expertise in HR best practices, metrics, policy development and compliance.
• Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates HR policies, manuals, and documents.
• Designs recruiting, hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and departure processes.
• Manages HR intranet and external information presence.
• Audits HR processes, files, contractors, and compliance.
• Oversees international visa processing for hires.
• Manages annual compliance training and ethics hotline.
• Maintains firm organizational charts and supports HR team.
• Coordinates vendor relationships for background checks and related services.
