We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Operations Manager at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team of lawyers, paralegals and business professionals.
The Human Resources Operations Manager manages the Human Resources (“HR”) Department’s firm wide policies, manuals, programs, and job descriptions database. Manages the timelines and forms for the business professional performance evaluation program. Responsible for maintaining HR’s content and image on the intranet and internet. Ensures HR regulatory compliance. Utilize AI to maintain efficiency in processes for the department. Recommends and manages efficiencies within all HR systems. Assists in recruitment regarding background check adjudications, etc. Provides support for special HR projects.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days in office per week. The salary ranges for this position vary depending on the geographic location and other factors such as experience, internal equity, market data, and job-related considerations. The range for this position is from $130,00 - $150,000, with offers contingent upon the various factors.
