JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Director of HR Operations to lead HR business partnering and people operations across divisions. This onsite role in Holland, MI focuses on shaping culture, developing leaders, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

You will guide a team of HR Managers and Partners, partner with COEs, drive change, and deliver standardized HR services while supporting performance, employee relations, and talent development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in Human Resources, including employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.
• 3–5 years in an HR leadership capacity.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are highly desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Significant HR leadership experience supporting senior leaders and executive teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as HR advisor to the CHRO and align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Partner with executives to advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture initiatives.
• Lead and develop HR Managers and Partners across divisions.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
• Drive standardization of HR programs and services across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Coach leaders on change management, talent development, and organizational capability.
