Qualifications

• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum methodologies.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders and executives.
• Develop detailed project plans with WBS, resources, risks, and comms.
• Manage budgets and ensure delivery within financial constraints.
• Mentor and lead project teams; communicate status to leadership.
