Job summary

JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Field Service Engineering Manager in Holland, MI to lead a customer-focused engineering services team. You will manage daily operations, plan resources, and oversee budgeting, quoting, and service delivery to meet timing, quality, and cost targets.

You will build strong customer relationships, support sales initiatives, and partner with internal stakeholders to improve products and services.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in customer management.
• Experience leading engineering services teams in manufacturing.
• Strong automation, mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Services operations and budget.
• Plan resources to meet customer requirements for engineering services.
• Review financials and drive cost reductions.
• Develop customer relationships and support sales initiatives.
• Oversee training and development, and set performance expectations.
