Aramark Corporation is seeking an HR Director-Student Nutrition to lead the HR function for our Midwest region, partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals. The role drives talent management, change initiatives and engagement across school-dining programs and services.

The position requires extensive HR leadership experience, a strong grasp of HR analytics, and the ability to implement organizational change at scale in a complex education-services environment.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Strong organization development, change management and talent management experience.
• Experience in using HR technology and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, develop solutions and drive results.
• Coach leaders on people strategy, organization design and engagement.
• Ensure delivery of HR programs including performance, compensation, talent reviews.
• Build organizational effectiveness strategies focused on engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to attract, onboard, and retain talent.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide US HR strategy with the US Sector HRVP.
