You will drive talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training, compensation planning, and HR analytics, partnering with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years HR experience with at least 4 years in HR management.
• Solid understanding of California employment law.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated experience with at least one HRIS platform.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and change management with senior leadership on HR strategies.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management.
• Develop and manage the annual human capital budget including headcount planning and compensation forecasts.
• Lead development and implementation of performance management processes.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop and implement comprehensive employee training and development programs.
• Oversee benefits program development, compliance, and HR policy implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues and lead communications to all employees.
