Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc in Medley, FL seeks an experienced HR leader to support HRBP and leadership, implementing local initiatives and driving regional programs to attract, develop, retain and engage talent.

The role partners with HRBP to execute core HR processes, provides coaching to leaders, manages labor relations, ensures compliance with employment laws, and identifies training needs to improve performance and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Org Development.
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources management.
• Three years in a supervisory role preferred and/or equivalent.
• Experience with attorneys, COEs, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP and leadership to implement local initiatives and regional programs.
• Partner with HRBP to execute core HR processes (performance, talent, rewards, training, etc.).
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and associates on HR policies and procedures.
• Partner to drive an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Oversee employee and labor relations (investigations, conflict resolution).
• Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Assist in identifying training needs and developing programs to improve performance.
