Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 5 years in HR management; 3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred; SAP/Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBP to execute core HR processes (performance, talent, total rewards, compensation, training).
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on policy and procedures.
