Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an HR professional to support the HR Manager and HRBP in implementing local initiatives and executing regional programs. You will help attract, develop, and engage talent to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating orientation, payroll-related tasks, and supporting recruitment, while helping foster an inclusive culture and employee engagement. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required or preferred for internal candidates.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred; Workday experience preferred.
• External candidates require degree; internal candidates preferred.
• Experience supporting onboarding, payroll and HR systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactional HR processes: orientation, unemployment, onboarding, exits, leave admin, OSHA reporting.
• Provide coaching to associates and supervisors on policy and procedure.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with recruitment and staffing plans.
• Support and maintain eTime system and payroll-related activities.
• Assist HRBP to drive an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
