Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced HR leader to support HRBP and leadership in executing regional and corporate programs. The role focuses on attracting, developing, retaining and engaging talent to meet business goals across the OpCo.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or organizational development, with about five years in HR management and supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of employment laws and policy guidance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or organizational development required.
• Minimum 5 years in human resources management with leadership experience.
• Experience with attorneys, COEs, and senior leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for major programs and projects for the OpCo.
• Partner with HRBP to execute core HR processes including performance and talent management.
• Offer coaching to leaders on policy and procedures.
• Drive inclusive culture in partnership with HRBP.
• Oversee employee and labor relations and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and policies.
• Identify training needs and develop development programs.
