Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 years' Walmart Logistics management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR office functions (benefits, hiring, transfers, payroll) by executing recruiting and staffing initiatives and addressing employment concerns.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain HR documents and systems.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Coordinate training (new hire orientation, web-based training) and monitor completion and compliance.
