Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, or related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.
• Master's degree and HR certifications (PHR/ SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement short and long term HR strategies.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers and supervisors.
• Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and policy fairness.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding and retention strategies with EEO and affirmative action compliance.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits enrollment, unemployment and workers' comp.
• Lead and develop direct reports, participate in labor relations negotiations, manage department budget.
