Job summary

Spectrum in the United States is seeking an experienced Manager, Human Resources to lead HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations and equal opportunity employment. You will partner with leadership to implement initiatives that align with Spectrum's business goals and drive a high-performing workforce.

You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits and HRIS, while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
• 5+ years HR Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support objectives.
• Provide consultative HR support on performance management and development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Oversee employee relations investigations and policy enforcement.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention and EEO compliance.
• Manage HR operations: payroll, benefits, unemployment, workers' comp, HRIS, communications.
• Lead direct reports, participate in labor relations negotiations, manage budget.
