Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the routine functions of an aligned portfolio.

You will work strategically with the leadership team to implement the company’s goals, enforce HR policies, and address talent needs, retention, recruiting, benefits, leave, and employee relations. In this role, you will guide HR generalists and managers in recruiting, drive compliance with applicable laws, and oversee onboarding and benefits processing.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline and a minimum of seven to ten years of hands-on HR experience.
• Demonstrated experience in unionized environments and nonprofit organizations is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to HR generalists and hiring managers in recruiting and selection processes.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Administers onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee relations.
• Oversees HRIS processes in Workday and maintains accurate personnel records.
• Leads HR compliance audits and ensures timely communications of policy changes.
