Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Pasadena, CA to oversee all aspects of human resources operations. With 3–7+ years in HR, you will lead employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and performance management while partnering with leadership to align HR with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing plans and fill open positions.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address benefits-related questions.
• Serve as a resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support performance reviews, employee development, and succession planning.
• Coordinate training and professional development programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare leadership reports.
• Assist with compensation planning, salary reviews, and workforce planning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
