RRD is seeking an HR leader to oversee human resource objectives across locations, aligning employee relations, compensation, staffing, training, and safety with the company’s strategic goals.

The role fosters open communication, ensures regulatory compliance, administers policies and contracts, develops learning programs, and supports affirmative action and worker safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Industrial Relations or similar.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel; ability to learn HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Effective communication with all levels.

Responsabilités

• Develop and facilitate strategic short and long-term HR goals for locations related to staffing, promotions, training, and succession planning.
• Support positive employee relations and effective internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Manage compensation, staffing, and safety training programs.
• Administer policies, procedures, regulations, and contracts.
• Support Affirmative Action Plans and workers' compensation programs.
• Foster learning and development initiatives and Open Door policy.
