Job summary

Resource Systems Group (RSG) is seeking an HR Director to lead our HR function, align people strategies with our mission, and drive sustainable growth. This remote role entails partnering with executives to optimize staffing, development, and retention within an employee-owned framework.

The ideal candidate has extensive HR leadership experience, understands compliance across states, and will manage HR programs, budgets, and analytics to support RSG’s culture and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience, with 3+ in leadership/HR operations.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives to shape workforce staffing, development, and retention with an employee-owned focus.
• Provide trusted HR counsel on employee relations, performance, staffing, compensation, and org changes.
• Coordinate with Finance and Payroll for accurate data management and payroll processing.
