Responsibilities

• Onboarding of new employees, benefits administration, HR program management and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain reports for multiple departments and clients.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and HR standards.
• Audit and validate operational data across systems.
• Ad hoc project management for HR, payroll, accounting, recruiting, legal.
• Works on general operational tasks as assigned.
