Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Manager in Herndon, VA to join the Executive Leadership Team. The role oversees full-cycle human resources including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and benefits administration.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead performance management, and guide risk management within a federal contracting environment. The position is full-time, onsite, with responsibilities spanning policy development, employee relations, and leave

Qualifications

• 10+ years operations or HR leadership experience
• Experience in onboarding and security paperwork for Federal contracts
• Advanced knowledge of current HR principles, practices, and processes
• Working knowledge of Virginia and federal labor regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel as well as Office365

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, recruitment, training and performance management activities
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations and coaching
• Develop and communicate HR policies and handbooks for compliance
• Manage compliance with EEO, FMLA/LOA, leave policies and benefits
• Support executive leadership with HR strategy and risk management
