Job summary

Royal Flush is actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide hands-on and strategic HR leadership for a 100+ hourly, full-time workforce across Nevada, California, Oregon, and Arizona. The role emphasizes day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and workforce administration in a high-volume environment.

You will partner with leadership to implement people initiatives, manage leave, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes, and maintain robust HRIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 3+ years supporting multi-state HR operations.
• Strong experience supporting hourly workforces in operational contexts.
• Extensive knowledge of employment laws and compliance, including California.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for four-state workforce.
• Lead investigations and guide disciplinary actions and performance management.
• Coach managers on policies and employment law compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment support for hourly roles.
• Administer benefits programs and 401(k) plan administration.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and produce HR metrics.
• Develop scalable HR processes and handbooks.
