Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Multi-State HR Manager to oversee HR operations across California, Nevada, and Arizona, with a workforce of roughly 335 employees. You will partner with executives and operations leaders to drive payroll, compliance, and employee relations.

This role requires deep California employment law knowledge, hands-on multi-state payroll, and expertise in prevailing wage and certified payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Multistate HR experience with focus on CA.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law.
• Hands-on multi-state payroll experience.
• Prevailing wage and certified payroll experience required.
• Experience with union and non-union payroll.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems; Paylocity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations across CA, NV, and AZ.
• Oversee multi-state payroll and compliance.
• Handle employee relations and investigations.
• Administer leaves, workers' compensation, and accommodations.
• Manage onboarding, I-9s, and terminations.
• Oversee prevailing wage and certified payroll processes.
