This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing core HR functions, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and supporting a dynamic workforce within a professional services environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong employee relations experience, multi-state employment law knowledge, and a proactive approach to partnering with firm leadership to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day human resources operations for a multi-state workforce.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding HR policies, employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance on corrective actions and conflict resolution.
• Partner with leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Oversee benefits administration, leave management, employee accommodations, and HR programs.
