LHH is partnering with a well-established law firm in Downtown Los Angeles to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager for a hybrid role. You will lead HR operations, ensure multi-state compliance, and partner with firm leadership to advance employee engagement and workforce strategies.

Qualifications

Multi-state employment law knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day HR operations for a multi-state workforce.
Advise managers and staff on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across jurisdictions.
Lead employee relations investigations and guide corrective actions.
Partner with leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.
Oversee benefits, leave management, accommodations, and HR programs.
Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement efforts.
