Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with strong employee relations and investigations.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and rapid workforce growth.
• Knowledge of HR laws, policies and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for the business unit including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies with business leaders and Corporate HR.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and policies.
• Oversee compensation planning, workforce planning and HR analytics.
• Manage HR systems, employee records and HR reporting.
• Supervise HR and administrative staff and site services.
• Coordinate workplace support, vendor management and events.
• Collaborate on HR initiatives, process improvements and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
