Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a strategic, hands-on HR Manager to lead HR and workplace support for a manufacturing business unit in Santa Clara, CA.

You will partner with business leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, discipline, policy interpretation and compliance, while overseeing recruitment, onboarding, compensation planning, training, HR systems and site services; this role requires on-site presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Proven recruitment and onboarding experience in high-volume environments.
• On-site role in Santa Clara, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for the business unit, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, compliance, and HR administration.
• Partner with business leaders and Corporate HR to implement HR strategies aligned with objectives and programs.
• Advise managers on employee relations, investigations, performance issues, discipline, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies; manage HR data, reports, and workforce metrics.
• Oversee workplace services, vendor coordination, events, badge administration, and site operations.
