Job summary

Foxconn is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee day-to-day HR operations at our Houston site. You will supervise HR staff, partner with management and employees, and ensure consistent execution of programs including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Experience supervising HR staff or leading HR functions preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or fast-paced environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervises and guides HR staff to ensure effective execution of daily HR operations.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and interpretation of company policies.
• Partners with managers and supervisors to support performance management, employee development, and disciplinary processes.
• Supports recruiting and staffing activities, including job postings, interview coordination, selection support, and hiring documentation.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive and compliant new‑hire experience.
• Maintains accurate and confidential personnel records, ensuring compliance with company policy and record‑retention requirements.
• Assists with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee inquiries regarding benefit programs.
• Supports payroll‑related inquiries and partners with payroll teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; supports audits and compliance reporting as needed.
• Assists with the development, communication, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Coordinates and supports training initiatives, including compliance training, leadership development, and employee development programs.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review as requested.
• Participates in employee engagement initiatives and activities focused on retention, morale, and workplace culture.
• Collaborates with site leadership and cross‑functional teams to support HR initiatives and business objectives.
• Stays informed of HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve HR effectiveness.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the Human Resources function and organizational objectives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

SHRM‑CP/PHR or equivalent certification preferred

Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
