Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of five years as an HRBP or in a senior HR leadership role.
• Union labor relations experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design with leadership insights.
• Manage labor and employee relations, including collective bargaining and union negotiations.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to execute compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and performance management.
• Drive talent acquisition, engagement, retention, training, and employer branding.
• Ensure compliance and lead continuous improvement in HR effectiveness and employee experience.
