Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR, industrial relations or related field.
• 10+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner.
• 5+ years supervising staff; strong labor relations background.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Workday/UKG preferred).
• Proven leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy for North America across union and non-union sites.
• Oversee workforce planning, performance, compensation, and succession.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards across regions.
• Collaborate with total rewards, talent management and payroll teams.
• Manage relationships with union reps and CBAs; resolve workplace conflicts.
