Job summary

Lincolnwood Place is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions in a manufacturing setting. The role drives recruitment, employee relations, development, training, and communications, partnering with management to meet corporate objectives and improve productivity and morale.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in HR (MBA preferred), at least three years in HR management, experience with hourly workers, OSHA knowledge, and HR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a human resources manager with generalist background.
• Experience in a skilled hourly or manufacturing environment.
• HR certification (SPHR or PHR) preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, employee relations, employee development, training, and employee communications.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate HR policies, practices, and procedures.
• Promote positive plant culture to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Responsible for compensation and salary administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manage administration and communication of benefits programs.
• Handle hires, promotions, performance reviews, and terminations.
• Provide coaching and counseling.
